Charges on all items are made for time out - whether used or not.

Delivery & Pickup

Delivery and pickup will be to ground level only. There is an additional charge for upstairs or downstairs delivery. Setup and knock down service is available at a reasonable additional cost, if arranged in advance.

Tables and chairs should be stacked and ready for pickup. All china, glassware, silver, etc. is sent out sanitized, packed in boxes and undamaged. Returned items should be rinsed clean and repacked in the same containers. Linens should be REFUSE FREE AND DRIED TO PREVENT MILDEW. All items should be assembled in a single location for pickup. Items not meeting these conditions are subject to additional charges.

Customers are responsible for checking counts and condition of all items rented before leaving the store or upon arrival at the point of delivery.

Loss or Damage

Responsibility for equipment remains with the customer from the time of delivery or pickup to time of return. Please be sure items are secured when not in use and kept in a sheltered location, protected from the elements. We do charge for missing or broken items and burned or badly stained linens.
